Some frequently asked questions about our service

You don't need to, we only need to know that you've sent it. When we receive your delivery, we'll inspect, count and identify every item while checking them into stock. So instead, we'll be telling you what we've received.

An understandable concern and we can assure you that this information will be kept safe. Every team member working within the prep center has signed a Non Disclosure Agreement and we're registered with the ICO. This is a matter we take very seriously. 

We pride ourselves with efficient and effective communication and so we use a verity of tools that easily allow you to keep us informed. Most likely, we'll know simply by looking at the products in your Seller Central inventory, otherwise we'll seek clarity simply by asking you to update a spread sheet or preferably, the product information in your client area.

We treat a return very much like any other product that comes into the warehouse, only it'll be identified and checked in as a return. If it's in great condition, it'll be allocated to stock along with all your other items and wait for prep. If it's damaged or otherwise no longer in "new" condition, we'll grade it and let you decide if you want to list it as "used". Disposal is free and only if it's prepped once again for FBA does a returned item cost anything.

Photos for the purpose of ungating are part of our prep service and so do not come at any extra cost. Listing photos are arranged through our partner, 36 Frames Later by quotation. The photos are taken on site and so the products do not need to be shipped to and from a studio.
